Is MMA training safe?
Can MMA training help me with my weight loss goals?

Can I train without fighting competitively?
What should I wear?
Wear clothing that stays in place as you move and that you are comfortable sweating in. Compressive undergarments are a good idea for men and women, especially for the Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes.
For Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and Striking, please avoid clothing with pockets and hard pieces or metal fasteners such as zippers as these could harm you or your classmates. You should also wear a mouth guard.
There are no shoes on the mats! So you may want to bring shoes you can easily slip on to go to the bathroom or fill you water bottle.
