As you embark on your fitness and mixed martial arts (MMA) journey, the role of your coaches cannot be overstated. These guys and gals are the driving force behind your growth, pushing you to reach new levels of skill and performance.
Lets introduce you to the coaches who will guide you through training.
Our head coach, Greg Thomas, is a former special forces with years of experience in combat sport.
With a keen eye for technique and an unwavering commitment to his athletes, he has honed the skills of countless champions.
Under his mentorship, you’ll learn the fundamentals of striking, grappling, and ground fighting, ensuring you’re prepared for any situation in the octagon and in the street.
Second in command, and current Africa’s MMA Champ, Demi-Shay Thomas, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion.
Her innovational training methods and kind heart will elevate your game and give you the confidence to dominate your opponents.
Our kicking machine, mat enforcer and all round nice guy, Kyle Clark.
He has stepped into the cage many a times and he is also the coach that makes sure your hit those combos correctly.
He fought many times in mixed martial arts and is known for ‘being willing to step into the cage at any time to face anyone and he doesn’t tap for chokes’.
Dynamite comes in small packages. Jade is the current SA straw weight champion and came 3rd at Africa’s this year.
She is a trained strength & conditioning coach and assistant kids coach.
When Jade is not training she is a Master Chef in the kitchen and her Chelsea Buns is the best!
Rounding out our coaching team, is our assistant kids coach, Landie. She loves anything jits related and is also the person that puts plasters on all the boo-boos (kids and adults).
She assists with our new Ladies’ Class and will help guide you on your weight loss journey as she has lost 50kg in just over a year.
Together, this formidable team of coaches will push you to your limits, challenge your preconceptions, and help you unlock your full potential as an athlete. Prepare to be inspired, motivated, and transformed. These crazy bunch or people can’t wait to be part of your exciting new journey.
